Risk Disclosure

Please read carefully before participating in the GEMI presale.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Important Notice

Participation in the Gemini Presale involves significant risks. You should not purchase GEMI tokens unless you can afford to lose your entire purchase amount. This Risk Disclosure is not exhaustive and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own advisors before participating.

Regulatory Risk

The regulatory treatment of cryptocurrencies and token sales is uncertain in the United States and internationally. Laws and regulations may change in a manner that adversely affects GEMI, the presale, or your ability to hold or transfer tokens.

Market and Liquidity Risk

GEMI may never be listed on an exchange, and there may be no liquid market for the tokens. Even if listed, the price may be volatile and could decline significantly. Past performance of other tokens is not indicative of GEMI's future performance.

Technology Risk

GEMI relies on blockchain technology, smart contracts, and third-party infrastructure. Bugs, hacks, network failures, or other technological issues could result in loss of funds, delayed distributions, or failure of the project to operate as intended.

Project Risk

The Gemini platform is under development. There is no guarantee that the roadmap will be completed, that the AI Oracle, staking, governance, or other features will be delivered, or that the project will achieve commercial success. Token utility depends on future development.

Bitcoin Payment Risk

Presale purchases are settled in Bitcoin. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. If you send to the wrong address, underpay, or fail to submit your TXID, your allocation may be forfeited or delayed.

No Guarantee of Listing Price

Any reference listing price ($0.100) is a target and not a guarantee. The actual listing price, if any, will be determined by market conditions, exchange negotiations, and other factors outside our control.

Tax Risk

The tax treatment of token purchases and sales is complex. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with your tax obligations. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.

Fraud and Security Risk

Cryptocurrency participants are frequent targets of phishing, scams, and malware. Always verify that you are on the official Gemini Presale website and never share your private keys or wallet seed phrase with anyone.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the presale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure. You agree that Gemini Presale is not responsible for losses arising from the risks described above or from any other risks inherent in cryptocurrency participation.
